Field Manager/Director
Oversee and implement day-to-day management of recruiters
and subcontractors, bid and schedule projects, communicate with
clients, vendors, and team members.
The ideal candidate would have:
• Experience with hiring,
training and managing recruiters
• Experience with online and telephone recruiting
• Experience with building and managing panels
as well as sampling vendors
• A strong understanding of the market research
process
• Experience with creating a fast growing, well
trained, adaptable organization
• Demonstrated capacity to lead (not just manage)
several direct reports, including from remote
locations
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple
assignments
• Creative problem solving abilities
• Process, computer, and internet literacy
• International business experience and foreign
language skills
• 5 or more years in marketing and/or market research
with 3 or more years in management
of a qualitative field service and recruiting operation
• Requires solid people and communication skills,
leading by example, and high integrity
• Experience with emerging technologies and start-up businesses is also desirable
Salary is based upon experience.
Recruiters
Skilled recruiters are sought to provide Channel
M2 clients with qualified respondents.
The ideal candidate would have:
• Experience with online and telephone
recruiting
• Experience with panels and panel members
• A strong understanding of the market research
process
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple
assignments
• Creative problem solving abilities
• Process, computer, and internet literacy
• International business experience and foreign
language skills
• 3 or more years experience in a qualitative field
service and recruiting operation
• Solid people and communication skills and high
integrity
• Experience with emerging technologies and start-up
businesses is also desirable

Tech support
Skilled computer users are sought to provide technical
support.
The ideal candidate would have:
• Troubleshooting experience with and
understanding internet, personal computers, LAN
networks, TSP networks, device installation
• Hardware, OS, MS, MCSE certifications
• Flash software experience
• Systems engineering and/or testing background desired
• Help desk tech support (level 1 or level 2)
• Customer service experience is helpful
